The location is a major highlight, being steps away from Reforma and convenient walking access to various attractions, eateries, and local markets. Issues like the unreliable water pressure and hot water supply severely impacted the stay, with additional problems like a malfunctioning key card compounding frustrations. Despite the promising nearby dining options, the outdated room amenities detracted from what could have been a much better experience.

Food was fantastic and I have nothing but very pleasant memories from this trip. The hotel was nice little and great and I greatly enjoyed the streets of Mexico City.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were particularly busy.

The spacious standard double suite was perfect for my needs. It featured a full kitchenette with ample storage, super convenient. Being just a block away from Reforma opened up walking access to very nice food options and tourist attractions, especially the Christmas Markets nearby.

The noise from nearby nightlife could be disturbing.
